…. Vintage GOLD FILLED large antique Porcelain Dial WALTHAM 23 JEWELS VANGUARD Railroad pocketwatch pocket watch in an all 10K ygf 10K Yellow Gold Filled screwback case.
This early rare watch is all original and triple signed:
case, dial, and movement.
DIAL:
Signed:  WALTHAM VANGUARD 23 JEWELS  .  This dial has large black hour numbers for Railroad timing, blued steel hands, and sub-seconds.
CASE:
There is a hob-nail design on the edge of the bezel and the edge of the caseback.  Caseback shows normal use and wear.  Caseback has NO personal engraving and NO wear through spots.  Signed:  WALTHAM KEYSTONE J.BOSS 10K GOLD FILLED 9919939 .
SIZE:
50.5mm across.  62mm from top-to-bottom.
MOVEMENT:
Well made high grade antique mechanical movement has gold trainwork. Signed:  WALTHAM VANGUARD U.S.A. 23 JEWELS 8 ADJUSTMENTS 32058429 .
CONDITION:
The watch has been wound too tight.  This watch does not run.  Needs cleaned and repaired as it has been sitting for a very long time.
