It is, instead, to be viewed as a self-improvement reference aide in providing you, the potential buyer, with a baseline foundation ONLY in your aspiration to refining, over time, your real estate grasp and savvy. Perceive in that light, this is packed with great BEGINNER'S information but is by no means a state of the art real estate training regimen in and of itself.
There is a brand new and factory sealed CD-ROM entitled, Real Estate Forms, in a plastic envelope affixed to top center of the inside front cover of the 3-ring binder.

Back to the CD-ROM: I can't quite determine if there is a second CD closely adhered to the first one. There is the one CD-ROM for sure, and as stated above, is entitled Real Estate Forms.
A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this listing will go towards an annual scholarship for a worthy student at Milton-Stateline Seventh-day Adventist School in Milton-Freewater, Oregon.
