Ball Official Railroad Standard Pocket Watch.
This Ball ORRS watch is 16 size (case diameter 50 mm). The movement was made for Ball by the Waltham Watch Co in 1904 and has serial number B209191. The movement is marked ORRS with the gold medallion, has 17 jewels, lever set, raised gold jewel settings, adjusted, and has the Ball circular damasceening. Movement condition is very nice. Case is original and marked Ball model. This early case does not have the stirrup bow and is correct. Condition is very nice with just a little brass along the lower edge of the case. Original porcelain dial has two very faint hairlines....maybe you can see them in the image, maybe not. This is a nice, original Ball!
This watch runs and keeps reasonable time: within 5 minutes or LESS per day. I do not know the history of this watch, so it may need to be serviced.
