Antique 1919 Elgin "Father Time" 21J RR Grade 454 Pocket Watch

Up for your consideration is this Antique 1919 Elgin "Father Time" Pocket Watch. 21 Jewels, Railroad Grade 454, Adjusted 5 Positions, Movement serial #24878628. On the inside of the back it has Keystone Watch Case  J Boss 20 years. It's a size 16S with a double sunk dial type. The jewel material is Ruby/Sapphire and this case is Gold Filled. This is model 15. It is missing the crystal and the front part does not screw down flush, see photos. This watch does run, I wound it a little and it ran the whole time I was doing the listing. I'm not sure how accurate it is but it does run. The back of the case looked to be engraved but it has worn down quite a bit and the gold has started to rub off a bit.
