up for bid is a 1966 westclox  "bulls eye"  model pocket watch. ( movement dated 2 - 66) the watch is 16 size, open face, stem wind and set.  the watch is in excellent condition  . the nickel case is good.   the crystal is original.  white dial with black numbers and black  hands. the  movement has been cleaned and serviced by us here in our shop. the movement runs strong and keeps reasonable time. ( reasonable time is keeping time within a few minutes , plus or minus, per day) a true sixties time piece. we have sold more than one to vietnam vets who carried one while in the service. one service member said his whole company kept time by the sergeants bulls eye pocket watch!  dont miss this great one! buyer to pay .00 for usps priority mail shipping.  payment expected within two days.
WE STATED PREVIOUSLY THAT OUR WATCHES ARENT LIKE OTHERS ON EBAY. WE HAVE RECEIVED NUMEROUS QUESTIONS ASKING - "WHAT MAKES YOUR WATCHES SO SPECIAL"? HERES THE ANSWER.....
ALL OF OUR RESTORED WATCHES ARE DISASSEMBLED, INSPECTED FOR BROKEN OR DAMAGED PARTS AS WELL AS WEAR. THE WATCH IS EITHER REPAIRED OR BROKEN DOWN FOR PARTS. THOSE THAT ARE REPAIRED ARE THEN CLEANED IN OUR "L AND R" CLEANING MACHINE.  ALL PARTS ARE THEN RE- INSPECTED AND REPLACED IF NECCESSARY. THE WATCH IS THEN ASSEMBLED, OILED WITH NYE SYNTHETIC WATCH OIL, AND TEST RUN. WE TEST RUN OUR WATCHES IN THREE POSITIONS, FACE DOWN, FACE, UP, AND IN THE UPRIGHT POSITION. IF THE WATCH LOSES MORE THAN 6 MINUTES IN ANY POSITION DURING TESTING , ITS BROKEN DOWN AGAIN AND PARTS ARE REPLACED TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. THE WATCH THEN RETURNS TO TESTING. ONCE THE WATCH PASSES TESTING, THE CRYSTAL IS REPLACED ON ABOUT 90% OF OUR WATCHES ( AT A COST OF ABOUT PER CRYSTAL). WE THEN POLISH THE CASE BY HAND ( WHICH TAKES A HALF HOUR TO FORTY FIVE MINTES TO DO RIGHT.) THEN, AND ONLY THEN, DOES IT GO UP FOR SALE. IF YOU CAN FIND ANOTHER SELLER DOING MORE THAN THIS, LET US KNOW. WE WILL BUY THEIR WATCHES!
